Absolutely hands down the best dentist I’ve been to very quick and thorough! The assistant was absolutely amazing! As the dentist was giving my numbing shot she was right next to me the whole time rubbing my arm to comfort me! It honestly made the experience that much better! The dentist talked through step by step what she was doing in my mouth and what I’d feel so there was no surprises! Absolutely so grateful I’ve encountered such an amazing team!

They took care of my client very well. Front desk greeted him by name. The space was set up for his specific needs. A pillow for his leg included. While waiting every single staff member was well mannered, welcoming and attentive with every customer. Family friendly. The cherry on the top, the front desk ladies speak Spanish.

I wanted to wait until a few visits in to leave an honest review for this practice - safe to say, I love this place! As someone with horrible dental anxiety, it was super important for me to find a practice that was understanding of that. The staff were understanding of that and really kind and warm to begin with. I saw Dr. Valentine for my first two visits and Dr. Kwok on my third visit. Both were so kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I also have such low pain/discomfort tolerance and they always prioritized my comfort during the procedures (cleaning, fillings, and dental crown)! Samantha and Sabrina also helped with my procedures and they were both really great! I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

I am pretty bummed to be writing this review, but in hopes it helps someone else not get taken for nearly 2K, and after multiple attempts to try to find resolution with this facility, here we are. I made an appt for a crown replacement before the end of the year. My appt was for Jan. 19. They told me they would call me before to confirm benefits (they had always done this for an estimate). On January 19, at 8am, they text me to send a picture of my insurance card. I did immediately. I went to my appt two hours later and nothing was said to me about my benefits. I should have asked, but they has always been great and I figured I’d owe a couple hundred dollars. I checked out of my appt and was told I owe $1800. I asked the receptionist if my insurance didn’t cover it or why it was so high. She said they did, but this is what I owed. It didnt sit right so when I got home I asked for an itemized bill to be sent to me, which then showed ZERO dollars was paid by insurance. I then called the office and said I called my insurance and they do cover this procedure so why was I being charged this full amount? I’ve been going to Icon Dental in Everett for the past four years, and I’ve had a really great experience. Everyone in the office is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit feel easy and comfortable. I’ve received excellent orthodontic care from Dr. Sohrabi, and his expertise truly stands out. He is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and precise, and I’ve always felt confident in the care and results he provides. I’ve also received excellent general dental care from Dr. Aboulhosn and Dr. Kwok, who are both kind, professional, and thorough. Overall, I’ve always felt like I’m in very good hands at Icon Dental, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and a great team.
